Half Moon Modern Quilt Project …. Sneak Peek
I bought these a while ago just for this project. I got lucky and found these charm packs during a really great sale (don’t you just love those). I came up with a quilt pattern using half square triangles. The layout of the triangles will be a great way to showcase the different colors of the Half Moon Modern collection by Moda.
I am sure many of you have seen this collection as it has been on the market for a while. I am in love with it! I love the bright colors and the simple yet interesting prints. If I could, I would buy a quarter of a yard of all the fabrics in the collection. A girl can dream, right?
This is Chevron in lime from the collection. I am going to use this for part of the back and the binding.
Aren’t the patterns and colors so fun? Which pattern/color is your favorite?

Oh, I can't wait!! All the colors together look great! I have to say I have not seen this entire collection but rather bits and pieces of it. Next time you find a good deal, shoot me an email with a link, if ya don't mind. 🙂 (already ordered some Kona, essex linen on the way, and today i got my kona card. love!!)

I can't wait to see what you make with these. I like all of the prints but I think the chevrons may be my favorite in any color.
