I made her a larger duffle bag out of these fabrics a couple of years ago and decided she needed a little clutch to go with it. I love using these zippers made with the gold metal. They add a little shiny to this zipper bag.
This is a great pattern to make when you need a number of easy sewing bags. If you need to make several for teacher gifts or a sewing meet favors, you can quickly batch sew them and you will have them completed in no time.
Here are other projects I made for Christmas gifts:
Love 'em…especially that lady bug fabric. I make string bags for my daughters…they are 21 & almost 16…they love to pick out fabric for me to make them for them 🙂
What fabulous projects. I have lost count of how many of Jeni's drawstring bags I have made! WHERE did you find the fabulous purple ladybugs? So cute. And so is your zippered bag. Thanks for linking up.
