Reunion continues…
I have been one crazy sewing lady. This quilt is a donation for a church auction and is due at the church tomorrow. So I have been pulling some late night hours of sewing, sewing, and more sewing to get this quilt finished. I am going to share with you the whole process of putting this quilt together, but spread it out over several posts. If you missed the introductory post for this quilt, you can find it here: Reunion – Pieces and Placement. I plan on using all of the colors from the collection, but I love how the green, orange, grey, and soft white look together. The white I am using is Robert Kaufman’s Kona Cotton in Snow and it matches the white in…

Stitching is about to commence…
The rose quilt is pinned and ready to be quilted. This quilt has just become larger and larger throughout this whole process. I don’t know what the size is now, but I will give you a final measurement once it is all finished.I love the colors and fabrics in this quilt and cannot wait to see how they look once it is quilted. I am so excited to see this all together. I have decided on the fabric to use for the binding, which is usually a hard decision for me, but this time it came easy.So now all I have to do is get busy stitching… In the meantime, I…
